ASSIGNMENT 2
Assignment 2 is to do something that describe yourself. So to describe myself, I draw a picture of me taking mirror selfie, draw something that I love to do and love to play. Besides, I also used some elements with meaning to enhance the board.
IDEAL JOURNAL
This IDJ allowed me to express my feelings in drawings. Besides, it also helps me to have a habit to drop down ideas in the book. It is something similar like making a scrapbook and I do enjoy doing it! If I have more time to do my IDJ, I will definitely do it better than this!

PROGRESSION
We have chosen statement 1 which is “Everything originated from nature is original and natural.”
So, we chose to do something related to the most important things in the world which are animals, plants and water.
Idea 1 : This represents the gradient of soil. It actually provides nutrients to the flora and fauna. This tells us that we have to be generous to people and not be greedy.
Idea 2 : This represents water. It plays a big role in our life. Without water, we wouldn't be here right now.
Idea 3 (me) : This is a hedgehog and it represents animal. Why did i chose hedgehog is because it has spiky spikes on its skin and it means it looks strong on the outside and soft in the inside.
Idea 4 : This represents tree. Trees provide shelter to animals and also it can be used for a lot of things such as furniture, papers and so on.
END PRODUCT
So to conclude all the 4 ideas, we have come out this idea.
Front : The colours change from top to bottom . Each dot represents leaves and it is changing color according to the 4 seasons in the world.
Back : “树” means tree in chinese . We put it behind is because trees are the backbone of the earth and is needed by humans as they provide a lot of necessities to us . The roots are grown underneath the ground looking for water and nutrients . Each circle represents the main thing the Earth have to provide in the beginning of time . Life “生”, water “水”, trees “树” and flowers “花” . This represents the tree of life as it is the beginning of everything.
To extra support the statement, we have made a pouch and headband made of leaves. This is because pouch is functioned like a brain. It keep collecting things like how brain keep absorbing knowledge. As for the headband, it acts as a accessory to spice up the whole outfit.
